Jiangsu Guosheng New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Guosheng") is a third tier subsidiary of China Rare Earth Group. It is a comprehensive state-owned high-tech enterprise jointly invested and established by Zhongxi Guangxi Rare Earth Co., Ltd. and Youyan Rare Earth New Materials Co., Ltd., integrating production, research and development, and trade.
Jiangsu Guosheng is one of the strategic units for the research and development, production, and sales of rare earth compound new materials planned and developed by China Rare Earth Group. The company covers an area of approximately 33800 square meters, with a total construction area of 15016 square meters and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the deep processing of rare earths and the research and application of rare earth functional materials. At present, the company has built and put into operation an automated production line for 500 tons of MLCC and structural ceramic specialized nano rare earth powder, as well as an automated production line for 2000 tons of cerium zirconium composite oxide for automotive exhaust catalysis.
After decades of hard work and unremitting pursuit, Jiangsu Guosheng has successively won the certification of National High tech Enterprise and National Specialized and New "Little Giant" Enterprise, and has established technology research and development platforms such as Taizhou Development and Reform Commission Rare Earth Functional Materials Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Province Enterprise Technology Center, and Jiangsu Province Rare Earth Functional Materials Engineering Technology Research Center; Jiangsu Guosheng has a profound accumulation in the field of rare earth functional materials, possessing comprehensive capabilities for core products such as rare earth compounds with special physical properties and cerium zirconium composite oxides, including precise analysis and testing, in-depth research and development, and efficient product conversion.
